I am in no part a camera expert,
nor a novice, but so far I love this camera! The zoom works great, the
macro is amazing, I like the versatility of all the different functions.
I am still working out how to do everything but so far the pictures I
have taken have received great compliments. It is a bit on the heavy side
(and quite large) and I wish that it had a cap to cover the flash thing
on the top, but other than that I have no complaints. I think that you
want to shoot movies, you should buy a camcorder. :) The lens cap has
a clip to attach it to the strap.
